About the Committee
This committee is composed of large commercial
and industrial manufacturing
members of the Cooperative. The purpose of this
committee is three-fold: (1) to receive input from its large commercial and industrial manufacturing members, (2) to provide information to large commercial and industrial manufacturing leaders, and for us to (3) provide information on Cooperative happenings, plans, progress and problems.
We are keenly interested in
our commercial and industrial membership. Through this
committee (1) we desire suggestions of how our
present service might be improved, (2) promote
the generation of ideas for new types of
services needed, and (3) we encourage this
committee to emphasize Pennyrile’s weaknesses
and strengths as a barometer of how we are
functioning as a Cooperative.
We want to enhance our
relationships with this committee in the sharing
of our Cooperative vision. We also want to
present our futuristic outlook regarding
deregulation, growth of the Cooperative, our
financial stability, our relationship with
federal, state & local governments, and our
policies.
The committee shall be made up of twelve (12) members, two of which shall come from each district of the Cooperative, with (6) coming from the Western district. Members shall serve for two years, with half of the committee rotating off each year on an alternating basis. No member may serve more than one consecutive term.
