Pennyrile provides a special payment option for any member who receives social security or disability payments.  The purpose of this program is to allow members on fixed or limited incomes to pay their electric bill when they receive their first of the month check.

Guidelines

1. Members that are recipients of social security or disability are eligible for this program.  To participate we ask for proof of eligibility for social security or disability.

2. The due date for participants in the program will be the 7th or the 21st of the month (Members Choice).  The gross amount will be charged 10 days after the due date.

3. Members who read their meters will need to report a reading by their due date.  This can be done by phone, mail, e-mail, website, or in person

4. This program can be terminated by the member or PRECC with a thirty (30) day notice.
